Vice President, Sales

This executive-level role is ideal for a purpose-driven entrepreneurial leader who is passionate about buildOn’s mission and motivated to build a team of like-minded people. As a high-impact contributor, you’d have the opportunity to recruit and train a team focused on fundraising utilizing buildOn’s Constructive LeadershipⓇ model. You will focus on building exceptional donor relationships and developing new business from strategy to execution across the U.S. As the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of donors and building key partner relationships; negotiating and closing deals. The ideal candidate will bring a proven sales background in selling leadership development programs. Revenue Analyst

The Revenue Analyst will play an integral role to help improve financial systems, processes, forecasting, and analysis throughout the buildOn community. The Revenue Analyst will serve as a point of contact and will provide real-time financial reporting support across all departments, regions and countries. Reporting directly to the Controller, the Revenue Analyst will support and assist the Controller and finance team with essential financial management functions specifically related to revenue and cash operations and will conduct auditing, account reconciliation, revenue processing, and grant accounting.

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant supports and handles the administrative duties for the Chief Operating Officer. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support, acting with little supervision, anticipating needs while managing the day-to-day workflow and prioritizing various projects. This includes managing all administrative and clerical duties, scheduling, contact management, preparing materials for meetings, and participating in a wide range of special projects. The Administrative Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external relationships.
