Make Masks with
buildOn & Kid to Kid

With the COVID-19 pandemic continuing across the globe, face masks are urgently needed to help prevent further spread.

Unfortunately, in many communities that are most vulnerable to the virus at home and abroad, people still don’t have face masks. That’s why Kid to Kid is teaming up with buildOn to make and provide masks to people in need.

Urgent Call to Service

buildOn is calling on everyone who can to unite in service by making 50,000 masks for communities in need.

Get Your Mask Making Kit

buildOn is assembling thousands of ‘no sew’ mask kits that anyone can make at home (no sewing equipment required). Each kit contains enough materials to create 20 masks, including:

Making Masks for Underserved U.S. Communities

Many buildOn students, their families and neighbors in the U.S. don’t have masks, making it difficult to do basic things like going to the grocery store. We’re organizing buildOn students to make masks for their communities, but we need everyone’s help.

Making Masks for Rural Villages in Developing Countries

COVID-19 is a global pandemic, but many people in the world’s economically poorest countries do not have access to face masks. We’re organizing communities where we have built schools to make thousands of masks for the people of their rural villages.
