Grace Bowers is an 18-year-old, award-winning guitarist, songwriter and bandleader who is undisputedly on a meteoric rise with buzz reaching fever pitch around the independent release of her debut album, Wine On Venus.
Produced by John Osborne (Brothers Osborne), Wine On Venus garnered widespread acclaim, with Forbes calling it, “an infectious, joyous party” and Rolling Stone naming Bowers “Nashville’s new guitar hero.”

These resources help to strengthen and sustain school and community partnerships, student engagement, program materials and more. buildOn programming plays an essential role in helping inspire students to be the change they wish to see in their school, community and beyond.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
BART — The closest BART station is 16th & Mission – it’s an approximately 10 minute walk from The Chapel.
Muni — SF Muni bus lines 14, 22, 33, 49, and the J CHURCH light rail are all within walking distance of The Chapel.
PARKING
Nearby parking available at the following lots:
- Mission & Bartlett Garage @ 90 Bartlett St. (between 21st and 22nd)
- Hoff Street Garage @ 42 Hoff (between 16th and 17th)
- Limited street parking available with meter enforcement ending at 6pm
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the venue. If you’d like to enjoy some food beforehand, we recommend dining on the patio at Curio, which is attached to The Chapel.
There will also be a street festival on Valencia, so come early to soak up the vibrant energy of the Mission District!
