U.S. Trek Resource Page
Dear Current and Future Trek Students
Welcome to the buildOn U.S. Trek Portal. Thank you for stepping up and playing a vital role in ensuring that every child has the opportunity to be educated in a classroom that is conducive to learning. This portal is designed to provide you with access to many of the documents that may be useful to you, your parents, as well as support staff and advisors. Please reach out to the Trek staff with any further information that you may need. Together we will break the cycle of poverty, illiteracy and low expectations through service and education!
In gratitude,
buildOn Trek Staff
What is Trek?
Trek is an opportunity to travel to another country and help build a school in solidarity with a community. It is a personal commitment where students spend approximately two weeks in a buildOn partner country. Trek is a once in a lifetime experience to participate in the construction of a buildOn school, experience full cultural immersion, and return knowledge gained back to the United States.
