ONE buildOn in Action – Reforestation in Nepal
As part of our Environmental Justice Is Social Justice campaign, 10 of our partner communities in Nepal recently participated in a reforestation project. In the regions of Kanchanpur, Kailali, and Bardiya, more than 400 people took part in planting over 1,530 trees – including guava, eucalyptus, papaya, Indian gooseberry, and more. As the need for environmental awareness and action grows, we are very excited to see communities coming together to inspire their children to take action and help build a better tomorrow.
